Heal up at the Pokemon Center then go to the center of town to find Norman. He'll invite you inside the gym where you'll also eventually meet a boy named Wally. You'll have to accompany Wally as he tries to catch a wild Pokemon.

Once he captures Ralts, you'll return back to the gym. As thanks for accompanying him, he will ugprade your PokeNav and add the PlayNav application. This is where you'll be able to access some similar features introduced in Pokemon XY like Super Training, PSS, and Poke Amie. Wally will leave shortly after and Norman will tell you to visit Rustboro Gym and challenge its leader, Roxanne. Leave the city to the west to reach Route 104.
