Mega diancie doesnt make sense. walk in a pokemon center with diancie and two guys show up like creepy stalkers and give you diancite. WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For the person asking about the time thing, no it does not have to be between 8-9 pm, they are just there and are ready to be found
A Mega Metagross stone can also be obtained through the special event where you are given a shiny beldum (lv 5) I'm not certain on how long this event will be on for but I received it this morning (:
Diance must be in your party after transferring to or/as then just go into any pokemon center and two guys will approach you. If you're already in the pokemon center, simply walk out then back in

Venusaurite is on Route 119.
Mega Lucario is obtained after you beat Lisia and Ali in a Master Rank contest of any type.
Venasaur mega stone is located on route 119 in a small patch of open space surrounded by the tall grass, just south of the wingull filled house.
Garchompite can be obtained after achieving platinum status :

yes you can transfer old stones from x and y to omega ruby just not the other way around
If I trade pokemon over from my pokemon x or y can I trade them while they hold the mega stones?

Mega lucario stone can be obtained after beating all contests on all difficulties.
