Note: This Strangers and Freaks mission only occurs after you've beaten the main game and have Trevor selected. Also, it does not appear in the main menu as a re-playable Strangers and Freaks mission.

After beating the game and selecting Trevor, you will get a call from Ron telling you that there is a surprise back at your house. Head on over to see what's there!

Watch the scene here as Trevor doesn't know what the heck to do. In the end we will have a mission: steal a truck-load of Deludamol Pills. The game doesn't treat this like a normal mission, so it doesn't tell you where the pills are and just leaves it up to you.

Thankfully you have this guide! One reliable place to find a truckload of pills is at the "Dollar Pill" store, located near the corner of Strawberry Avenue and Macdonald Street in south Los Santos. Look for a van in the parking lot that says DELUDAMOL (check out the slogan: "For a night you'll never remember").

Jack it and after the car alarms stops (which with any luck shouldn't attract the cops) just drive it back to Trevor's trailer. It's a long drive but what can you do? Once you park the van outside of the trailer go inside to see another scene.

The game will automatically switch to Franklin afterward.
