1. Fastest Speed: Reach top speed on the Seashark.

2. Stabilizer: Don't fall off the bicycle.

3. Faster Than Fish: Swim to the boat within 01:00.

At Michael's place a scene automatically takes place when you return. Drive to the beach and select one of the bikes. The race is straightforward and there is no penalty for losing, but you'll want to stay on the bike without falling off even once to get full completion. When you've reached the end of the race, swim to the boat as fast as you can (under one minute is required for completion).

When you're racing the Seashark, quickly head for the sewers as indicated on the minimap and try to reach the top speed. You should be able to lose the celebs as long as you don't bump into things all the time. Return to the beach to finish this mission.
