Just a friendly warning... this Strangers and Freaks mission is, well... uniquely obtained. It never pops up as a "?" on the map or anything like that (which makes it odd enough) but instead you must first do something online to start this series of "Epsilon Missions".

For starters, this chain of missions is only available to Michael. To get this mission started you have to visit the internet (easily done on your phone) and visit the Epsilon website. You can do this by typing in "EpsilonProgram.com" or just go to the random button and hit it until the website comes up.

Once you get done reading through all the articles (they are pretty funny), you will want to find the "Evaluate your identity" button on the website. This leads to a series of ten questions that you must answer. Since they are so funny we are listing them below, but note that you can answer them however you wish here as your choices really don't matter... try to "play into" the cult ideology here just to make sure they want you as a member!

Question 1: Do you have red hair?

Question 2: Do you ever experience deja vu again?

Question 3: Do you want to understand completely to be complete?

Question 4: Do you have the endurance to lie with nine partners a week?

Question 5: Do you consider attractiveness relative to your own attractiveness?

Question 6: Do you have a birthmark on your face?

Question 7: Do you want to be famous?

Question 8: Are you able to look at things and see them as metaphors for other things, like trees and eagles?

Question 9: Can you easily ignore your entire family and join a new group of friends?

Question 10: Do your checks clear?

After completing the complicated questionnaire the website will find you suitable and tell you to follow a pass and look for a truck and some other stuff - you don't really need to pay attention to the results or directions: the game will automatically mark the correct location on your map. It may not appear right away though - so if that is the case and you want to continue on with the mission right away it is best to go to bed once to get the icon to show up.

Once it does, head to the new Epsilon Icon (which is very unique) and watch the scene. Afterwards you will get a text that asks you to donate $500. I know that it is rough, but trust us and donate it.

After that, head home and sleep once or twice and the next mission should start.
