This one is semi-tied to a Spaceship Part as well (Spaceship part #33), as well as the location of the Larry Bail Bond Mission. This one is in the Great Chaparral region (although it says Grand Senora Dessert on the map). Find the Route 68 and Senora Road intersection. Follow it west and go down the first dirt road until it makes a "U" shape (the U has two small roads between it). At the bottom of the "U" road is an abandoned house that is all beat up (the Spaceship part is behind it). Nearby is a beaten up billboard. Search behind the billboard to find the letter scrap.

North of the "VINEWOOD" sign and west of Bolingbroke prison is the "Redwood Lights Track", a race track that is under construction in some parts of it. On the northwest corner (of the dirt track) is a big circular structure under construction. Go check it out to find a hole in the middle. The letter scrap is down in that hole.

At the eastern end of the Zancudo River is "Lago Zancudo" - a very marshy area located south of the Fort Zancudo military base. You can find this one in the march clearing. Its north of the river. If it helps you can look at the map and notice several small inlets of water on the north side. It is near the third one, just to the right of it.

Follow Route 68 as it goes northeast of the Route 68 and Zangvo Drive intersection. You'll cross a bridge at some point (this bridge is a short one and is well before hitting the Mt Vinewood Drive road - it is just east of the gun and clothing icons as well). Underneath the bridge you can find this scrap letter.

This one is in the Great Chaparral region, near Route 68, but that is very vague so let's get very specific. West of the Galileo observatory is Mt. Vinewood Drive. Follow it north and you'll see it breaks up into two roads before hitting Route 68. The east road and Route 68 make an intersection, and slightly southeast of that off-road you can find a small graveyard near a church. This letter scrap is in that graveyard.

This one is in the Harmony area of the map, west of Sandy Shores. Find Joshua Road as it head south after the turn and note the dirt roads hanging off of it. Before you cross the county line one of the dirt roads (the short one south of the one with the circle attached on the end) is close to a grainery (or at least what we think is a grainery). Climb up a ladder next to the large building north of the short dirt road to find another ladder... and another! Keep climbing to the top and you'll find this letter scrap. Now, how to get down...

This one is clever. South of the Sandy Shores airstrip is a rock formation. Very big and obvious, south of the west side of the strip. This letter scrap is on the very top of the rock formation, so get climbing!

This one is in Sandy Shores. First find the Algonquin Blvd and Panorama Drive intersection. To the southeast of that is an abandoned Hotel property. Go find the (very disgusting) hotel pool and at the bottom of the pool is the letter scrap.

This one is another out in the wilderness one, but isn't too hard to find. First locate "Cassidy Creek", the north outlet river from the Alamo Sea. South of the Creek are two main roads: one that follows the river fairly close and one that doesn't it. Near the west part of the map the roads are rather close together but the lower road does dip at two points, looking like a long "U" at one point and a sharper "V" at another point.

To find this piece, go search the wilderness between the "U" portion of the second road and the first road. You will find a rock outcropping / overlook (the steep one - climb up from the south and jump up the right side) that not only has a great view of the river and bridge to the left, but also has this letter scrap on it.

This one can be found on a peninsula on Alamo Sea. Check out the northwest coast of the Alamo Sea area and you'll see one of the peninsulas is very round (just south of North Calafia Way). Go check out the coast of the round peninsula and near the middle you'll see a wrecked boat. Keep following the coast west and up and you'll soon see this scrap lying on the ground.
