Apparently Franklin likes crazy since we are meeting up with Dom again. Watch the scene as you get on the ATV, then follow Dom out onto the Tarmac. You will have to dodge a jet pulling out at one point (you can drive underneath it if you want but natural instinct says swerve to the left) but keep following Dom and you'll see a cargo plane waiting for you. Drive the ATV up the ramp.

Once you are inside the plan, drive the ATV out the back end (Dom will do this before you). Now there are a couple of medal requirements here. The second one is to perform flips on the ATV, which is, well... natural. Just hold the left stick down and do 8 or more flips (you have time for dozens).

The first medal requirement is to survive a water landing without opening a parachute. Unless you know about it ahead of time most people are going to want to jump off the ATV and then parachute to the landing zone, which is fine (you can always replay these missions). If you are going after the medal requirement, stay on the ATV as you descend and crash it wheels-first into the water. You will take a small amount of damage but will survive. From there you'll have to for a lengthy swim to meet up with Dom. Either way, once you meet up with him on the ground the mission will be over.
