BAIL BOND MISSIONS: Bail Bond Jumper: Ralph Ostrowski

After contacting Maude's question mark (which is labled as a "Strangers & Freaks" location) you will unlock the Bail Bond missions. Basically Trevor will get to track down several bail bond jumpers and bring them to justice... for money, of course.

After talking to Maude and waiting for a short amount of time, she will send you an email with into on our first jumper: a man named Ralph Ostrowski. His last known location is sent in a picture as well. The game doesn't say it outright, but that location is actually the "Davis Quartz" Quarry, which is located southeast of the Sandy Shores Hanger (it is also southeast of Trevor's safehouse, across the highway).

Ralph is at the very bottom of the quarry. As tempting as it might be, drive down there on the road proper to confront him. He will try to run, so be sure to ram him and shoot out his tires if you can. After his vehicle takes some damage he will get out and surrender. From there you can get him in your vehicle and take him back to Maude's to claim your reward.
