Letter Scrap #21

We will find this one in northern Los Santos. Start off by finding the Hawick Avenue and Eastbourne Way intersection. Now face north and walk north on the right side of the street. As you go up (just a little ways) you'll see a fence and gate to the right. Follow the fence to some stairs and head up, then follow the path around to a barbecue area. The letter is sitting on the counter in this area.

This one is in the bleachers at the Vinewood Racetrack, which is easy enough to find. It is northeast of Los Santos, above mirror park. From the parking lot just to the northwest of the racetrack, head south and up the stairs into the bleachers. From there search the rows of bleachers until you find the letter scrap (head past the row on your right, up the steps on the righ, and then look down the rows to your left).

This one is in a hedge maze! Hah! Northwest of Los Santos is a curved road called Kortz Drive that leads to the "Kortz Center. Just south of that is the hedge maze.
Enter from the north side and go to the first split. Take a right. Continue to the next split and take a left. At the next choice keep going left and then at the next chance take another left (following the bush around). You will then find the letter sitting in the maze. Fun!

This one is located near Lake Vinewood. Find the lake (north of Los Santos) and note the roads to the north. One follows the lake and the other makes a loop with small driveways. Head to that loop and enter the house near the small driveway off the northwest of that loop. Follow the white bricks down to the pool, then go examine the glass room to the left (the one with the ping pong table) to find this letter scrap.
Letter Scrap #25

This one is easy. It is actually *on* the "Vinewood" sign itself! Head to the sign (Mt. Haan Drive, northeast of Lake Vinewood) and then head to the back of the sign. Head to the "I" and climb the ladder to find this scrap at the top.
Letter Scrap #26

Another pretty easy one. This one is by an information stand on Route 11. First find Route 11 leaving Los Santos out of the northwest. On your map (physical map), the spot you want to stop is just below the "11" icon. In the game that is past Marlowe Drive (the very curvy road northwest of the Vinewood Hills area and after a billboard that says "Head Downstream". Check near the information stand past the billboard to find the letter scrap.

This one is well hidden. It is in the Vinewood Hills area, but out in the hiking trails. First locate Galileo Observatory. To the wast is the big Baytree Canyon Road. Find the Baytree and E. Galileo Ave intersection (get a car), then head east down E. Galileo. There will be a dirt road going northeast coming up. Take it and stay on the dirt road. Keep going on it all the way east to the end. You will see a juice sand (The Big O!). Search around the picnic tables in front of the stand for the letter scrap.

I don't suppose you know where the Palmer-Taylor Power Station is, do you? You know, that power station on the east side of the game map, near the Route 13 and Route 15 meet-up (that turns into the Senora Freeway). Well, to the east of that power station are a couple of islands. Two big ones, one to the south and one to the north. Go swim out to the north island and check out the north side of it to find this letter sitting dangerously close to the waves.

This one is quite off the road as well. It is in the Great Chaparral Region, north of Vinewood Hills. Follow Mt. Vinewood Drive up (past the observatory) until it hits Galileo Road, the follow Galileo Road east. When you see the dirt road going north, take it. Follow it up as it wides around until it hits the final dip and starts to go north. Stop at that point and look to the south and you'll see a door cut into the mountains.
This is an old railway of some sort, but more importantly you can find the letter scrap sitting by the locked door.
Letter Scrap #30

This one will be a little familiar if you've gotten Spaceship Part #28. If you haven't it is nearby as well. This scrap requires us to find a cove. It is east of the "Ron Alternates Wind Farm", north of the "Palmer-Taylor Power Station" and south of the "Davis Quartz". Head into the cove itself (into the cave) and check out the sandbar on the left for the letter scrap. The Spaceship part is underwater along the right side of the cove if you want it.
i don't think you can get 30 till later in the game. i went there near the beginning and nothing.
could have done this much quicker if geographical order was a bit better instead of going east west, east west all the time
28 & 30 are near each other, don't do 29 after 28, cause you'll end up driving the across half the state back and forth
