COMPLETION REQS:

1. Dirty Rat: Kill Josh before escaping.

2. Hot Pursuit: Escape in the parked Police Cruiser.

Head on over to the new "J?" icon (which is incidentally where you first met Josh - at his house) and you'll see a scene with some cops and Josh. Sure, you *did* do it, but still...

Once you regain control immediately go to your weapon wheel and get your shotgun out. Take care of the two cops and then quickly dash into the driveway and take care of Josh. You could let him go if you wanted to, but it would be pretty out of character for Trevor... besides one of the medal requirements is to take him out.

Now, go back to the street and grab the cop car (another medal requirement by the way) and do your best to evade the cops as you'll have an automatic 3-star wanted level (since you are a cop killer). Your two choices here are to run for the hills or to head further into Los Santos and use the alleyways and buildings for cover. You can make either work if you try, but the alleyways are easier to do since helicopters will have an easier time spotting you up in the hills and out in the open.
