Head inside the building to meet up with Jordi and get the explosives. Once you're back in control, place an IED to the ice cream truck and detonate it. Head to the next location afterward. Once inside, find the terminal to get a security footage. You have two minutes to lay down your IEDs and find a vantage point. Wait for them to arrive then detonate your IEDS.
Eliminate them then answer the phone ringing. After that you have to chase after the straggler. Kill him then head to Bedbug's location. Tail him without being detected then call his phone. After his gang members leaves him, hack the nearby terminal to display the video feed in the large display. The mission will be complete afterward.
