Gingivitis

Let Gingers bite you 3 times without blocking.

You can find nazi zombie gingers while doing the quest “Attack the School”. Before entering the basement, save your game. After the scene, you'll have to fight the first group of nazi zombie gingers. You can kill the other gingers save for one, block its other attacks and let it use bite on you three times. Just heal up as necessary. Once the trophy/ achievement is unlocked, reload your saved game to avoid wasting any recovery items you used.

Day Walker

Defeat the Boss Hall Monitor while wearing freckles.

In the quest "Detention Sentence", you'll have to fight the Hall Monitor Boss before you can open the door to the cafeteria using the Gold Key. The easiest way to do this is by creating a character with freckles at the start of the game (these facial mods are not permanent anyway). You can also loot the freckle mod by defeating and looting the lone ginger outside the Counselor's office. Just remember to wear it before fighting the Hallway Monitor Boss.

Made This for You

Fling a turd that you created at an enemy in combat.

You can create a Sh!t Nugget by using toilets from residential bathrooms. Just mash the displayed button before the clock runs out to create a turd. You have pick it up to be added to your inventory. Now get to battle and use this on any enemy to unlock this.

\Are We Cool?

Find Jesus while playing as a Jew.

Select the Jew class after starting the game. Locate Jesus in the church while doing the sidequest “Find Jesus” to unlock.

Parkeologist

Open all garages in South Park.

The neighborhood houses have garages that you can open. Some of them can be opened without a key while the others require it. Garage keys are usually found inside their respective houses. There are two garages that you need to take note of:

• Jimmy’s Garage: This is locked. During the quest “The Bard”, check all drawersbetween the two rooms in the second floor to find the garage key.
• House 1018's garage. This garage only opens halfway so you need to use Gnome Dust to get inside. It will still be counted as open even if it didn't raise fully.

For the Hoarder

Sell nothing the entire game.

As the name states, you can’t sell anything, including unwanted junk. You'll unlock this once you beat the game once.

Truth to Power

Fart on the Mayor, Father Maxi, Principal Vic, & Prime Minister.

• Father Maxi: He’s sitting on a bench outside the Town Hall
• Mayor MacDaniels: Inside the Town Hall.
• Principal Victoria: Inside the Community Center. You can access it as part of the quest "Nonconformists"
• Prime Minister: After learning Nagasaki from Terrance and Philip, head to the Catacombs to rescue the prime minister as part of the quest “O Canada”. Make sure to fart on him first before talking to him; otherwise, he’ll disappear.

Irritable Bowels

Sh!t your pants during a boss battle.

You’ll have a mana gauge added to your normal gauges after learning Dragonshout. Unlike the HP and PP gauges, the Mana Gauge doesn't replenish after the battle so you'll be forced to use mana potions to restore it. Once the meter is filled, the gauge will display a flashing, warning sign. Save the game and enter a boss battle. Use another mana potion in the middle of a boss battle to **** your pants.

Dog Whistle

Fart on a canine enemy while in Gnome form.

Once you have the ability to use Gnome Powder, go to the Lost Forest and defeat some wild dogs. Shrink your size and fart on their unconscious bodies to unlock.

Dragon Wrath

Hit 3 enemies with a single fart outside of combat.

After encountering the second enemy barricade in the quest "Attack the School", enter the vent but don't destroy the cover. Use the Sneaky Squeaker to lure the enemies towards the torches then use Cup-a-spell to blow them up at the same time.

Just Saying Hi

Fart on each available buddy in the game.

There are six buddies in the game. You’ll start off with Butters and Kenny. You'll unlock Stan and Jimmy after reaching the Elven Kingdom for the first time. Finally, you'll unlock Kyle and Cartman once the humans and elves joined forces. Simply fart on each and every one of them to unlock.

Re-Buttal

Interrupt 5 channel attacks with a fart.

Gnomes in the quest "Defeat the Underpants Gnomes" use channeling attacks often so it's the best time to attempt unlocking this achievement/ trophy. You’ll fight three or four of them at the same time and they will use channeling powers regularly in battle. I recommended saving the game before entering combat so you can reload the game after unlocking this. Use as much mana potions as you need to enable you to fill the mana gauge then use your fart magic to interrupt the gnomes attempting to use channeling attacks five times. Once done, reload your save game to avoid wasting health and mana potions you may have used during the attempt.

Heisenberg

Defeat the Meth Tweekers while wearing the Evil Cartman goatee and the bald cap.

You’ll find them inside Kenny's garage while doing the main quest “Hot Coffee”. You can find the Evil Cartman Goatee in Cartman's room and loot the bald cap in Romper Stomper’s cell in the Police Station. Wear the two appearance mods and defeat them to unlock this achievement.

Shutout

Successfully block every enemy attack in a single, non-tutorial battle.

Simply block any enemy's attack(s) until you end the battle. It will be easier to attempt this while fighting single or two normal enemies.

Stay Down

Fart on 10 enemies in the world when they're knocked out

Your enemies will lay unconscious on the ground after defeating them. Just fart on them 10 times to unlock. You must get a reaction or their body must move to count towards this trophy/achievement.

Avenger

Defeat at least 3 enemies in one battle while your buddy is unconscious.

Note: Getting this achievement voids the condition for unlocking “No Child Left Behind” trophy/achievement. Make sure to save your game before attempting this and reload your saved file once you’ve unlocked this.

Engage three or more enemies and damage them enough to leave all of them with critical HP. Don’t heal your buddy and let him get knocked out. Finish off the enemies using an all-party ability like Stomp or Pyre Ball. Once this is unlocked, reload your game so you can still unlock the other tied achievement / trophy.

No Child Left Behind

Complete the game without ever ending a combat with a buddy knocked out.

Whenever your buddy gets knocked out revive him as quickly as possible, especially if the battle is about to end. In case the battle ended with your buddy knocked out, reload a most recent saved game. The Second Wind Perk will help ensuring that revived allies are brought back to action with full HP.

Junk Peddler

Sell 300 junk items.

This achievement will void the condition for unlocking the The Hoarder trophy/ achievement. If you want to unlock both, dont' sell anything until you finish the game to unlock The Hoarder then sell all your junk afterward.

A$$ of Fire

Kill 20 enemies with Cartman's a$$.

Make Cartman your buddy and to defeat 20 enemies using his fart attacks.

Canadian Handshake

Fart on people 100 times

You simply need to stand near people and fart on them. You're not required to fart on 100 different people; you can fart on one random person's face 100 times if you want to.

Animal Cruelty

Fart on animals 25 times.

You're not required to fart on 25 different animals to unlock this. You can spam farts on the pet cat in Kupa Keep's stables until you get this achievement.

Pulling Mud

Sh!t Your Pants in battle three times.

You’ll have a mana gauge added to your normal gauges after learning Dragonshout. Complete half of the available costume sets.

Clothes Whore

Complete all available Costume Sets.

There are 103 different equipment counted under collectibles. Costume sets are comprised of helmet / headgear, armor and gloves. Some costume sets can be conveniently bought from different shops. Others must be looted separately from defeated enemies, from chests or item bags. Since some of these are located in specific quests only, some of them are missable.

You don’t need to have all of them in possession to be counted; they’ll be registered in your collectibles as soon as you get them in your inventory. You can sell the ones you don't need to recycle some cash so you can buy other equipment as well.

Weapon Proficiency

Score 100 perfect attacks.

Whenever you attack with your melee or ranged weapon, you'll see a flash. Pressing the attack button at the right time will result to a perfect attack. This is cumulative so doing this 100 times throughout the game will unlock this trophy/ achievement.

Skilled Defender

Block 100 attacks.

Whenever an enemy attacks, a shield icon appears under your characters. Press the block button at the right time to perform a Perfect Block. This is cumulative so doing this 100 times throughout the game will unlock this trophy/ achievement.

You bastards!

Have Kenny Die 10 times in battle over the course of the game.

You can attempt this in a single battle but it will involve lots of healing items to keep yourself alive so save your game and reload once you’ve unlocked the trophy / achievement. Kenny's practically immortal so you don't have to bother using Revive Potions on him. Recover his PP so he can use his special attacks. Kenny’s Furry Friends and Unicorn Stampede can kill him instantly if you deliberately miss pressing the correct buttons in time.

Mastery

Unlock all the upgrades for one of the New Kid's abilities.

Concentrate on one ability and max it out to unlock this trophy/achievement.

Make it Rain!

Spend $500.

Complete The Hoarder achievement first by not selling anything until you complete the game. Once done, sell all your junk and extra equipment you don't need to make more money. Now, purchase the other equipment you weren't able to buy before. You can do this to register new, non-missable equipment and weapons.

Secret Trophies / Achievements

KKK Hero

You defeated the High Jew Elf Kyle in battle.

Near the end of “Attack the School” quest, you’ll have to choose whether to attack Cartman or Kyle. Save your game before making the decision then hit Kyle. Defeat him to unlock this.

Elven Hero

You defeated the Grand Wizard Cartman in battle.

Near the end of “Attack the School” quest, you’ll have to choose whether to attack Cartman or Kyle. Save your game before making the decision then hit Cartman. Defeat him to unlock this.

Nonconformist

You befriended the Goths, like everyone else playing this game.

This is story-related.

Inside Joke

While inside Mr. Slave, you summoned Mr. Slave.

Complete Mr. Slave’s sidequest “Mr. Slave’s Package” to unlock him as a summon. When you're inside his *** in “Beat Up Clyde”, summon him during a battle there to unlock this trophy / achievement.

Face Hoff

You defeated (Princess) Kenny while looking like David Hasselhoff.

You need to undergo “The Hoff” procedure in Tom’s Rhinoplasty for $175 and defeat the last boss, Kenny while wearing this. You must have a backup save before entering Clyde's castle; otherwise, you won't be able to leave until you finish the game. You can unlock this alongside Two Girls, One Stick and Outpatient trophies / achievements.

Acceptance

You accepted your fate and chose the name Douchebag yourself.

A few minutes into the game, you'll be asked to enter your name. Cartman will still call you Douchebag. Click Yes on both his questions to unlock this.

Two Girls, One Stick

You defeated (Princess) Kenny in your girl makeover disguise.

Wear the Makeover Outfit, Makeover Accessory, Makeover Wig and Makeover Makeup you from completing the quest "Unplanned Parenthood". Make sure you don't have other appearance mods like facial hair or glasses. You can do this alongside Face Hoff and Outpatient trophies / achievements.

Outpatient

You defeated (Princess) Kenny while living with Dire AIDS.

You can contract Dire AIDS from the snakes and Dire Wolves in Canada. Let those animals bite you in battle until you get a message that you’ve contracted the disease. You can do this alongside with Two Girls, One Stick and Face Hoff achievements.

Perverted

You watched your parents have s3x for 60 seconds.

During the quest “Defeat the Underpants Gnome”, you’ll reach your parents' room while they're having s3x in the background. Just face them and remain idle for 60 seconds until the trophy/ achievement pops out.

Stick Savior

You defeated (Princess) Kenny and recovered the Stick of Truth.

Story-related

Too Far

You farted on the corpse of an aborted Nazi Zombie fetus.

During the mission “Unplanned Parenthood”, defeat a Nazi Zombie fetus and fart on it.
