Head to Skeeter's Bar in the northwest side of town. Talk to the proprietor, Skeeter to start the quest and get the cellar key. Head to the cellar and kill all the rats. There's also a red chest under the stairs. You can reach it by destroying the wooden barrels.

Rewards:

  • New FRs: Skeeter and Bartender
  • Equipment: Bar Darts
