There are a total of 103 weapons, costume sets and equipment in the game. If you're playing for the console version, getting all of these will unlock the Full Arsenal trophy/achievement. Getting all the costumes will also unlock the Clothes Whore trophy/achievement. There are a lot of missable equipment and weapons especially during quests so make sure to loot every single container, item bag or knocked out enemies you encounter. Check every nook and cranny of the areas that can be interacted with as well.

The following items are listed alphabetically.

Alien Gloves	Defeat the alien security chief in the main area then loot this from his body.
Alien Helmet	After breaking free, loot this from the chest on the left side of the room, next to Randy Marsh.
Alien Suit	Found in the chest right outside the first elevator in “Alien Abduction”
Barbarian Armor	In a chest in the Catacombs of Quebec.
Barbarian Gloves	Defeat the Barking Spider in Canada
Barbarian Helmet	Chest, northwest corner of the Duke's palace. Destroy the wall to access it.
Bling	Chest, Police Station Evidence Room
Bishop Gloves	Shop in Banff, Canada
Bishop Mitre	Shop in Banff, Canada
Bishop Vestments	Shop in Banff, Canada
Cheese Cap	Mackey's table inside the Community Center

Condom Cap	Found inside Mr.Slave's intestine. This is inside a chest right past the flashlight.
Crab Carapace	In a chest behind the Crab Person, inside the cavern. You need to know Nagasaki before you can access it.

Crab Pincers	In a chest behind the Crab Person, inside the cavern. You need to know Nagasaki before you can access it.
Crown of Anal Pleasure	Deactivating the snuke self-destruct sequence inside Mr.Slave's ***.
Druid Crown	Chest, in the house 2210's garage attic, same place where you can find Pete.
Druid Gloves	Chest, inside Butter's garage. The key is found in his parent's room.

Friar Cap	Found in Token's garage.
Friar Gloves	Complete “Hot Coffee” to get Tweek's stash key. Open the chest in their shop's back room to get this.

Gnome Clothes	In the third area, destroy the partition to the left. Cross the fuses when they're not firing electricity then loot the bag to find this. (Quest: Defeat the Underpants Gnome)
Gnome Gloves	After defeating the gnomes in your room, loot this from their fallen allies.
Gnome Helmet	Shortly after entering the mouse hole, go around the mousetrap to the left the climb the stapled wires on the wall to reach the item bag containing this item. (Quest: Defeat the Underpants Gnome)
Goth Cap	Buy it from the Hobo outside U-Stor-It

Jester's Cap	Inside the chest in Jimmy's garage. You can get it in a drawer in his house's second floor.

Necromancer Hood	After defeating Stan or Butters, go upstairs to find your allies surrounded by enemies. Save them and loot this from one of the defeated enemies.
Necromancer Robe	Found in one of the nazi zombie gingers in the school's main basement.
Squire Armor	Destroy the chimney on the rooftop of Token's house to find the chest containing this. You can reach it using the alien probe.
Squire Gloves	Rooftop of Tom's Rhinoplasty
Squire Helmet	Rooftop of storage 240. You need to enter the Professor Chaos' Lair then teleport using the alien probe nearby.

Sweaty Headband	Hobo outside of U-Stor-It
Tinfoil Hat	Defeat the alien conspiracy hobo in the lower area of the holding bay. You can access this after deactivating the ship's alarm and when you're on your way back to free up Randy.
Training Gloves	Hobo outside of U-Stor-It
Underpants Helmet	Once you've reached your parents' room, you have to defeat three more gnomes. One of them has this when looted. (Quest: Defeat the Underpants Gnome)
Valkyrie Armor	Inside a chest in the girls' Sparkle Chamber. Accessible after successfully recruiting them.
Valkyrie Gloves	Inside a chest in the girls' Sparkle Chamber. Accessible after successfully recruiting them.

Witch Gloves	Inside the chest behind the fence beside Jimmy's house. (38291) You need the Gnome Dust to crawl in the opening to reach the chest.
Witch Hat	Under the bench in front of Tweek Bros.
Witch Robes	Head to the west of the school to find a log along the trail. Shrink and enter it to find the item bag.
Wood Elf Armor	After defeating the wood elf in the Giggling Donkey (The Bard quest)
Wood Elf Cap	After defeating Jimmy, loot this from the chest on the right side of his room.
Wood Elf Gloves	Defeat one of the elves in the attic of the Giggling Donkey.
Woodsman Armor	Elvenwares shop in the Elven Kingdom
