The beloved Terrorist Hunt returns. This is a classic game mode that is featured in the previous Rainbow Six games. This mode has different game mode variations that is similar to the PVP game modes except for one mode, Terrorist Hunt Classic.
Terrorist Hunt Classic is an elimination mode that is all about exterminating all of the terrorists in the map. Protect Asset is the defending team version of the Hostage mode (with five waves of terrorist attacks). The Hostage Extraction is the attacking team's version of the same mode. Disarm Bomb is the Bomb mode in PVP.
Terrorist Hunt is divided into three difficulty settings: Normal, Hard, Realistic. Realistic is somewhat impossible in some modes and map, but you can still manage if you are a five-man team working hard together. Normal should be a breeze and Hard should be fine for a challenge.
You can also play as a Team or as Lone Wolf. The game does not adjust its difficulty depending of the players' count. So the Realistic setting in a Team Terrorist Hunt will have the same intensity as doing it as Lone Wolf.
*Note: If you have a challenge that pits you to complete a 10+ Terrorist kills, play the game in Lone Wolf in a Normal difficulty setting.
White Masks - Normal creeps that usually wield automatic weapons and sometimes shield. They can both be ridiculously aggressive or stationary depending on the map or the mode.
Bombers - They wear bulky aluminum foil-esque quarantine suits that are strapped with bombs. They usually rush into the player and detonate, killing himself, the player, and even other terrorists in the area.
