BACKGROUND	Kateb grew up in an affluent family, in Paris' 16th arrondissement. At twenty, he abandoned a potentially prominent private medical practice in favor of a career with the French Defence Health Service.
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE	Kateb demonstrates a high degree of empathy for human PROFILE suffering; he is a rare genuine altruist. He sees military service (especially the role of CTUs like GIGN) as noble in their dedication to protecting civilians. He considers the front line his natural habitat, as it provides him with the opportunity to have direct influence and impact the welfare of the unit. His proclivity for conflict resolution makes him a valuable asset.

Description

Type: Defender

Doc is a difficult operator to play because he does not help in setting up defenses. He has his uses once the battle starts and the defending team is bleeding all over the place. Doc is amazing when you play in groups, or in a high-level ranked competition. He is just too limited in casual sessions.

The MPD-0 Stim Pistol allows you to revive yourself immediately, or revive your teammates from a distance. This is fine when you are playing in a hostage situation or a secure area session where the defending team is flocked in nearby rooms. Some of the maps do not allow the defending team to flock though because Fuze can basically straight up massacre them. Doc is an amazing fighter, surprisingly, because he can equip an MP5 and he has full armor (which hampers his speed a lot).

Only play this operator when you have friends with you, playing as Doc with strangers purely weakens the fortification of the team no matter how skilled you are. Without being coordinated, Doc is just a Recruit with a reviving skill.
