BACKGROUND	Weiss developed a knack for electrical engineering early in life. At sixteen she completed her first internship with a local tech company. She would continue her education at MIT and CalTech in the United States. After university, she traveled for a year before dedicating her life to a new challenge, the Bundespolizei (BPOL). Weiss thrived in her new environment and after two years with the BPOL she was recruited by the GSG 9.
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE	A brilliant overachiever and a fast learner, Weiss has been PROFILE successful at nearly everything she tries. This facility, however, has conditioned her to refuse failure as an acceptable outcome. This can manifest as borderline obsessive behavior when tackling obstacles that are perceived to be difficult or exceptionally challenging

IQ’s strength solely relies in her ability to detect electronics set by the defending team. This is useful to detect Jager’s ADS-MK IV “Magpie” as well as Kapkan’s EDD MK II. She can shoot at them at the same time because she double-wields a P-12 with her RED MK III “Spectre”. It is worth noting too that IQ can detect Pulse when he uses his Cardiac Sensor. All other electronic device is detectable by IQ including her own teammates’ drones and breach charges, so communication is still gold.

IQ is more of a utility operator because she only works well with / against certain types of operators. Nonetheless, IQ is also kind of a "sniper" because her primary weapons has considerable range, albeit not the same level as Glaz's (who wields a weapon that can fire through plane's bulletproof windows and Castle's Armor Panels.
