Comments: The 417 is Twitch's sniper weapon. Massively inferior to the OTs-03 except for its wonderful straight vertical bobbing. Still, as the only one of the two 'sniper' weapon in the game, this should be the default weapon you equip when choosing Twitch.

Comments: The recoil pattern is horrifying, but that is the only thing "negative" about it. Seriously, if you shooting OTs-03 like an automatic weapon, eh, you deserve every loss in Rainbow Six: Siege.
