This map is small and tight and it is not difficult for the teams to have a street-fight right there and then. Most of the rooms are adjacent to the outside hence conflict is never inevitable. When you are in the kitchen, you can always shoot out of the small window if the attackers are peeking there. For the attackers, they can ambush the defenders from the outside in the same window. The floors are mostly wood, so destruction is always constant here.
