BACKGROUND | Kessikbayev grew up in a military family in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. After his family emigrated to Russia shortly before the collapse of the Soviet Union, Kessikbayev followed in his father's footsteps and enrolled in the military, where his facility with technology earned him a spot in the coveted weapon testing brigade at Alabino firing range near Moscow. |
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE | Kessikbayev is an expert tinkerer and master craftsman, more at ease with the workings of machines than people. His gruff demeanor and curt speech should not be mistaken for misanthropy. He possesses a strong moral conviction. |
TRAINING | 27th Motor Rifle Brigade / Spetsnaz GRU GSO |
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE | Participant in Ratnik experimental weaponry brigade. Personal cluster charge, the "Matryoshka", designed by Kessikbayev first saw action in REDACTED |
Notes | While not a likely candidate for a squad leadership position, Shuhrat Kessikbayev's unique abilities and technical know-how make him an extremely useful asset to Rainbow. |
Type: Attacker
Fuze can massacre the other team rather easily if they started to flock in a single room. The Cluster Charge sends multiple grenades into the room without breaching or giving up his location. When Fuze is not able to kill anyone after using a Cluster Charge, the attacking team is sure that the room is clear and should proceed, still with care. The Cluster Charge grenades are same as grenades, they still destroy everything caught within their explosions, be they electronic devices or deployable shields.
Fuze can also tank since he has his deployable shield. Fuze is one of the best operators in the game because of its flexibility, he can be utility with his Cluster Charge, a tank with his deployable shield, and fighter with his AK-12.
Fuze is weak against Mute and Jager because the former can disable the Cluster Charge and the latter can stop some (not all) of the grenades.
NOTE Fuze is not the best operator to use in hostage situations. Yes, you can still use him once you know the position of the hostage. You are going to be fine with clearing out adjacent rooms. HOWEVER, too many casual sessions ended up in a disaster for the attacking team because a Cluster Charge just destroyed the living hell out of the hostage. Your mission as an attacking team is to save the hostage, not kill him / her.
NOTE 2 Cluster Charge, like everything else in the game, is friendly-fire. So be sure that you know the positions of your teammates and not just bomb out a room out of whim.
