You’ll encounter new and more powerful shadows here. If you’re properly leveled, this place is a good location to obtain new persona. Refer to the persona list above to learn about these enemies’ weak points. You can’t open the door heading west since it’s blocked in the other side. Make your way to the south then enter the smaller room to find an elevator. Ride it down to explore an optional part of the castle aptly called the Hidden Room.

Use your third eye to identify the treasure containers and go downstairs. You can check out the lift in the left side. The lift has a treasure chest and an enemy so prepare to attack. Defeat the enemy and loot a Bead from the chest.

If you head through the corridor in the middle past the painting, you’ll discover a shortcut that will lead you to the Entrance Hall.

You can remove the iron bars blocking the corridors on both sides of the entrance hall’s upper level if you want. Go downstairs and find two chests on both sides of the stairs. Get the Bead from the northeast corner and Revival Bead in the other. Additionally, you can un-bar the door to the left if you want. When you’re ready, go through the painting again to return to the hidden room. Use the elevator heading back to the tower again.

Once you’re back in the tower, you can now proceed to the next room. There’s a locked chest here containing a Balm of Life and Pearl. Head to the next room where you can find a goat head that you can pull to unlock the door going east. The small room to the north is a Safe Room. Once ready, head upstairs next.

In the next floor, take the stairs to the middle-north after avoiding/getting rid of the patrolling shadows. There’s a chest to the middle-south that contains a Relax Gel so don’t forget to loot it.

After looting it, find another chest beside the stairs containing a Baptismal Water. You need to take the stairs to the northwest next. You might need to ambush the patrolling shadow near it or just sprint past it and continue to the next floor.

The path to the right will be blocked automatically by the distortions in the castle so you have to go through the walkway in the middle. However, the overhead scythe trap will make it impassable for now. Examine the bust by the doorway to consult your teammates and to update your objective. For now, you have to find two eye pieces that you can insert to the bust and activate it. These pieces are dropped by specific enemies. Head to the previous floor for now.

What you should notice is that there’s guard captain shadow walking around this time. Ambush it and defeat the War Hungry Horseman (Eligor) to get the Randy Right Eye. This enemy is weak against Electric attacks so use that advantage to finish it off quickly using all-out attacks. It’s LV16 so unless you’re at the same level at least, you can’t get this as a persona for now. Next, go to the lower floor.

You’ll notice that there are several guard captains roaming around. However, only one of them is the real one. Use your third eye to identify the real one. You can ignore the others and concentrate on engaging the real target. While you’re at it, you can also use the save room. After defeating the target, you’ll get the Lustful Left Eye. Save your game if you want then go back to the bust in the tower’s upper level to activate and stop the scythe trap.

After placing the eyes on the bust, activate it once again to stop the scythes. Cross the corridor and loot the Soul Drop from the chest along the way. Upon reaching the other side, turn to the right to find a chest containing a Revival Bead. Continue upstairs to the left to reach the next floor.

There are no treasure chests in this room but still search for hidden treasures. You need to reach the upper floor via disappearing stairs in the middle of the map so head there. Right before you activate the stairs, a guard captain shadow will appear. You’ll be required to defeat it in order to proceed. The battle against the slime d*ck mini-boss will commence.

Mini-Boss: Torn King of Desire
This enemy has several elemental resistances with no apparent weakness except for susceptibility to confusion. Normal attacks and physical attacks can deal normal damage against it while it can deal heavy damage with its own physical attacks. You need to land critical hits in order to trigger the much needed all-out attacks. If not, you’ll have to rely on physical Skills and melee attacks. It doesn’t have that much HP and defense so don’t hesitate using your powerful physical attacks, like what Ryuji have.

After defeating the mini-boss, take the stairs and exit to the next floor.

The safe room is found on the far eastern side of the corridor so you can head there first and save your game. Head to the throne room entrance and use the statue on the left to sneak inside and trigger a scene.

After that, you can sneak around the corridor to steal a hidden treasure from the crate then go through the door leading to the throne room. A cutscene will trigger. Morgana will then tell you about leaving a calling card for the real treasure to manifest. At this point, your objective of securing the route to the treasure is now complete. You need to leave the palace and return again to finally steal the treasure and confront the boss.

Take note that your return trip later to steal the treasure will be the only chance to steal it so if your resources are still good at this point, I suggest maximizing your time by farming XP and money and capturing or fusing shadows.
