You have to navigate manually to reach the courtyard. After reaching the courtyard, cutscene.

After cutscene, you have to chase after your friend. Follow him to the faculty office for another cutscene.

Kamoshida’s Palace

After the scene, save outside first. You need to enter the palace from the spot where you last escaped again . From there, try to open the door ahead to trigger a brief cutscene. After the scene, open the door to find a lone guard inside. If you agree to go through with the tutorial, you’ll learn how to do Shadow Negotiations. (Follow the link to learn more

You can obtain Pixie as a new persona. After obtaining her, you’ll be thrown in another battle automatically and get another tutorial about switching personas mid-battle. Attack them using Zio either by using Pixie or using Ryuji’s skill. You can use this chance as well to trigger a Hold Up and initiate another negotiation to obtain the persona, Bicorn.

After the battle, continue to the next room to the north. In this room, there are three guards patrolling around. You can engage them as well in order to get more Personas. Here, you can obtain Mandrake (Gallows Flower) and Jack-o-Lantern (Crypt-Dwelling Pyromaniac).

After clearing the room, exit to the next door and enter the room by the corner. This is a safe room where you can save and quick-travel. Save your game after the scenes. Leave the room when you’re ready. The door to the west outside of this safe room is locked so don’t bother opening it for now. You can clear all enemies in the armory room again to earn extra exp, items, and money. Backtrack to the corridor with knight armors displayed that was previously blocked before. Enter the room to trigger another cutscene. After the scene, you’ll be thrown in a battle against the Guard Captain (Belphegor)

Boss: Guard Captain

This boss is weak against Fire which Anne conveniently excels at. You can’t negotiate with this enemy so just attack it with fire and trigger an all-out attack to deal more damage. Avoid using physical attacks against it since it has high resistance against it.

After defeating the boss, you’ll leave the castle again and more cutscenes will follow. The Lovers confidant will be unlocked
