Go downstairs and talk to Sojiro to get your breakfast. Leave the shop and head to the train station. You have to head to school so the game won’t allow you to go through any detours. There are two paths leading to the Yongen-Jaya station; through the narrow alley to the north or via the main road to the east.

After disembarking from the train in Shibuya Station, you’ll have to transfer to the Ginza Line next. Leave the subway platform then pass through the ticket gates on either side. You can’t do much at the moment even if you explore so take the stairs or escalator to the north to leave the station.

Once outside, look for the entranceway that has the “Teikyu” sign then go upstairs to the left. Once there, pass through the ticket gate beside the station attendant. Wait for the train to arrive then ride on it on the way to school.

After the brief scene back in LeBlanc, you’ll finally arrive in Aoyama-Itchome station. Exit through the ticket gate to trigger another cutscene. After the scene, you’ll be in some sort of castle. During this scene, you’ll be asked to save your game.

After getting your first Persona, you’ll have to fight a couple of Pyromaniacs. This is a tutorial battle so you won’t have problems defeating these two. First, use a Skill attack. Next, press the X button for a melee attack. Finish off the two fiends to end the battle. Another cutscene will trigger.

Spoiler:
You’ll have to escape this time. You can explore if you want but since your “visit” to this place is part of the story, there’s nothing much that you can do escape navigate the area and find the way to escape. (Take note of the mini-map in the lower right as well) Head up but you won’t be able to open the iron bars. Instead, jump over the gap and go through the iron doorway to the left. Head north this time and use the fallen cages to cross the stream.

Find an open cell at the end of the path and examine the crack on the wall to crawl inside and reach the other side. Cross the wooden bridge to the right and head to the south to hide automatically from the patrolling guards. Continue to the spiral staircase to reach the upper level of the basement.

Examine the last cell to trigger another cutscene. Once done, talk to Morgana by the king’s bust beside the drawbridge. Pull the bust’s jaw to lower it then cross the other side of the stream for another scene and a battle.

In this battle, Morgana will be attack automatically so you just need to concentrate on attacking on your own. This battle will also teach you about exploiting an enemy’s weakness and trigger a “1 More!” (extra turn) Finish off the two enemies to end the battle. Your persona will learn a new skill as well.

Spoiler:
Before moving on, a quick tutorial about Auto-Recover will become available. This is very important since it allows you to heal everyone’s HP quickly and ensure that they have good HP before engaging any enemy. Once ready, head to the stairs to the west side of the corridor then continue heading to the next bridge. Another cutscene will trigger and you’ll be forced to another fight. These two enemies are weak against your persona’s Eiha so use that to both of them to end the battle quickly. After the battle, follow Morgana to finally reach the exit.

After the scene, you’ll back in the real world. More cutscenes will follow. You’ll be asked to save your game again and you’ll start in school at Lunchtime.

Spoiler:
You have to report to your homeroom teacher in the Faculty office in the second floor. You can explore the school if you want and listen to the chatter between various students along the hallways. After reaching the Faculty office, you’ll have a short talk with Ms. Kawakami and she’ll also introduce you to the class. After the class, Ryuji will approach you and tell you to meet him up in the rooftop.

Head to the third floor and find the stairs leading to the rooftop. After the conversation with Ryuji, you have to head home next. Simply leave the rooftop and the game will take you home automatically.

After getting an earful from Sojiro, you’ll have no choice but to retire for the night. You’ll be back in the Velvet Room once again.
