Unlock the secret online shop “Tanaka’s Shady Commodities”

Since Akihabara is now unlocked as a location, you can check out the shops there. You specifically need to get the PC Tool Set from Akiba Electronics. Next, head to Yongen-Jaya’s second-hand shop to get a broken laptop. Later in any evening, spend time to fix the laptop from your workstation to unlock the shop. The shop sells rare accessories, “dirty” armors (identify them by washing them in the laundromat), persona itemization materials, etc. His inventory is limited from the start but the selection will eventually improve after reaching “checkpoints”, which is marked by the total amount of money you spent in his shop.

There's also a good source of Model Guns here. Model Guns are needed for itemizing certain personas that turn into powerful guns. Save your game and attempt to get a Mossy Mothman from the gatcha machines near the corner street. Trade those Mothman figures to the man nearby and he'll exchange model guns for every Mothman trade. Reload your game if you don't get a mothman after several rolls in order to save money.
