Full Championships Ticklist

While in the Story Mode / Campaign you are only required to completing a single Championship per city as the Road Trip based story progresses, but as you may have guessed there are considerably more than just the one Championship per city that are part of the game...

The Story Mode / Campaign

When you are doing the story mode of the game you only have access to a limited set of races and info about them - but you can actually reveal quite a bit more than that if you go poking around during the time when each of the towns are the active subject of the campaign.

In addition to that there is also a general overview of information available via the Stats and Main Menu. When you open the Main Menu and select the PROGRESS Tab, you can see the Road Trip Progress display that in addition to showing you the active story-mode progress - which is 1 Championship per town, you also will see that there are 28 Championships based out of each of the towns as well.

When you click on any of the six towns from that menu, the game presents you with a nested list of the Championships that are under it. Click on one of the Championships and you get a nested display of the individual races that are part of that Championship Series.

If you plan on playing through the entire game - and unlo0cking ALL of its Achievements - you will eventually need to tick off each of these Championships and their races as you progress.

With that in mind, we present to you the FH2 Championships Master Tick List.

As a general rule each Championship has from 2 to 4 races under it.. You will know which ones you have already competed in - and won - as a stat number will be added to its entry - so for example for the town of Sisteron, the first menu indicates 1/28 Races complete.

Drill down one level and the next menu shows that 1/4 Iconic Rally races has been completed. Select that Championship and drill down and you see that we've taken 1st place in the 90s Rally Championship race. Simple enough, right?

Each of these races can use a different class of car - and in fact there is an Achievement for using each car class - but that is covered elsewhere. When you look at the bottom layer of the menus you will see that the game actually tells you if (1) you have a car in your garage that is eligible, and (2) if you can afford a car for that race should you need to buy one (the Affordable Cars notice).

To make your life easier we have created this Tick-list for you to print out and use to keep track of the races you have won and those yet to be one. It is organized by location, then Championship, in the order that the towns were presented to us, by the game, in the campaign.

Castelletto

A residential quarter of Genoa, Castelletto occupies a hilly area that, until the 17th Century was outside of the city walls. The name means “Small Castle” in Italian, and has its origins in a 10th Century Fort that commanded the approach to the city-state of Genoa.

Its urban area extends well beyond its administrative city limits, as its population has grown to co-opt what were originally small and independent villages that dot the Mediterranean Coast.

Sisteron

A commune in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence Department in the Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur, Sisteron is positioned on the banks of the River Durance, which was a strategic position allowing it to control access through the mountains, which made it an historically important stronghold.

Despite being occupied during both World Wars, some of the original structures remain, including the Citadel, and the 12th Century Sisteron Cathedral (now a Church). Sisteron is also home to the Baden-Powell Scout Museum, and the Earth and Time Museum.

A walled city that may or may not be medieval in its origins, The town is clearly of agricultural origins, with lots of vineyards and farms, but it appears to have more than a small number of country estates, so we can imagine it gets crowded every August... North of the town in the middle of farm country is a lake we hear gets a fair bit of recreational use... All in all it looks like a great place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there...

Saint-Martin

A commune of the Alpes Marimes Department and was established on the edge of a glacial plate, and first appears in recorded history in the 12th century - though it has archeological evidence of Roman settlements dating back to the 1st century.

The medieval fortifications occupy a strategic position for defending the old salt road that was a significant trading route. During World War II the area became a safe haven for thousands of Jewish refugees whose presence was concealed by Italian authorities, who were sympathetic towards them.

The town features in a number of novels and movies despite the fact that it has a population of fewer than 1,400 people - it is considered to be a pleasant holiday destination for hobbyists interested in ornithology.

San Giovanni

Named for Saint John, while the village is a typical civilian settlement, there was briefly (for around 100 years) a Templar bank and fortified compound off of the main trade route that passes near the village and, for a time, the area was considered to be strategically important due to the large number of merchant cargo trains (think large numbers of mules packed with goods) that traveled through the area via the main trade routes.

Another interesting fact - after the Templar Order was outlawed, the fortified outpost continued to operate as a bank and money exchange ostensibly under new management, though its primary purpose may have been a commercial information exchange all along. Local historians claim that the area and the compound served as a commercial information brokerage for much of its unofficial and all of its official existence.

The need for a tick-list was made necessary due to the wide recycling of races and championships for each location, so that even though each is a different location, they use the exact same race championships and classes as the structure for the racing on offer.

Because of that, you will probably find keeping track on paper a lot easier than doing it in your head - just saying.

Another thing you will want to consider is this: You will be building a very nice collection of Cars in your garage, and while you might use the same cars for similar events in different locations, the opportunity to use a new car for a similar event also offers you a different driving experience - which adds to the entertainment value of the races. We tried to use a different car for each race class as they repeated just to keep it fresh and interesting and that worked out very well.
