The Achievements Scheme and the G-Score are basic points present in both versions of the game because they have to be - they are essential elements of the foundation for an X-System game.

Without even wandering close to the issue of Challenges for the XO version, the X360 version has a slightly different set of Achievements and a different Achievement focus than the XO version. The reason for that is largely down to this simple fact: while the games appear to be two different versions of the same basic game, they are not.

We could not do this WTG without evaluating, playing, and drawing from BOTH versions of the game - as once it became obvious just how significant the differences were, it also became obvious that we would need to contrast and compare, and offer additional updated information for those of you playing on X360.

Fortunately the PRs are shipping us a copy of the 360 version - we did our review and this Guide using a copy of the XOne version obtained via code and download. Once we have the 360 Version we will begin to incorporate its differences into the guide.

Achievements Differences

Examples include the following Achievements for the Xbox 360 edition that do not appear in the versions for Xbox One:

To help make sense of why the Achievements List can be so different between the two versions it will help you to understand that the X360 version of the game follows a scoring and progress campaign mode that is closer to that of the original Horizon than does the XOne version.

In the XOne version you can obtain the various colored Wristbands simply by obtaining XP, whereas with the 360 ve4rsion they are rewarded for winning their related championship races.

Another very significant difference is the pro-social focus in the XO version (Drivatars, Online Racing, Team Play, and etc) which manifests itself significantly in terms of the differences in the Achievements as you shall see.

The following 18 Achievements are unique to the X360 version for reasons both obvious and obscure... Note that these are not listed simply due to having different names - the Achievements with different names but the same requirements were also removed...
