Crafts Blueprints

 
Blueprints are found at various locations - almost all of which are very obvious - throughout the game world, and are awarded as part of the payment for completing favors / quests.

They are an incredibly useful and very necessary element in game play and strategy and knowing them - and using them - will really make a big difference in yoru success!

Blueprints can be found as well as received as side-quest rewards so keep an eye out!


Weapons


The Weapons Blueprints are used to create the special mods for the weapons you have picked up and looted. Do not confuse these with the Weapon Upgrades - the are not the same thing. Basically you can use a Weapon Upgrade - which is a found item - to permanently upgrade a weapon, and then you can use these to Mod the weapon however many slots it has for that.

Each Blueprint will declare how many times it can be used based on the resources you have on hand to use it. Each Blueprint requires a specific set of resources, and each has a list of the specific Base Weapons that they can be applied to.

The Weapon Blueprints are listed below in alphabetical order as they are sorted in the crafts menu in the game:

General Melee Weapon


All-Purpose Toxic Striker -- Just think of this as a big ol' needle full of poison that you strap onto yoru weapon - 'Cause that's pretty much what it is. Adds small Toxic effect to your attacks. Requires x1 Metal Parts / x4 Herbs / x4 Toxic Lichen.

Angel Sword -- Got something that looks like a sword? Wire it up! This'll put the fear of God into anything it hits! (Till the batteries run out). Adds medium Electric discharge to your attacks. Bolter Poison -- Caught a Bolter? Good for you! Now you can create the most toxic poison weapon in the history of Harran. Marvenomouse! Adds strong Toxic Effect to your attacks. Requires x4 Herbs / x4 Underwater Algae / x1 Bolter Tissue.

Fastball Special -- Any baseball fans out there? Ever felt like knocking a zombie over the back wall? Well, step right up to the plate! Adds small impact boost to your attacks. Requires x1 Metal Parts / x1 Household Supplies / x1 Chemicals.

Industrial-Grade Leech -- Want to make your enemies bleed out? Of course you do! Find out how by following these simple steps! Adds bleeding, Cuts deep, adding small Bleeding effect to your attacks. Requires x1 Metal Parts / x1 Nails / x1 Blade.

Korek Machete -- Developers like to cheat when playing their own games. Korek likes to have everything under control. And that is his tool. Requires x10 Alcohol / x20 Metal Parts.

Standard Issue Hellfire -- When zombies burn, they smell like spoiled barbecue. This will make that your favorite scent! Adds small Fire effect to your attacks. Requires x1 Metal Part / x1 Gauze / x1 Aerosol.

These represent the ones you will use the most as you make your way through the story - because these are the tools that will make your life oh-so-much easier!

Dahlia's Shroom Potion -- Pretty sure shrooms aren't supposed to have this effect. Or taste like this. Or fail horribly. Quantity Produced = 1 / Requires x2 Alcohol / x1 Gauze / x1 Fluorescent Shrooms.

Throwing Weapons Blueprints


You can get through the entire game without ever crafting one of these - or using one. But why would you want to do that?! These things are silent killers mates! You WANT that! Not only that, but there is an Achievement associated with them - A Game of Catch (10g) Kill 50 enemies with throwing weapons.

So hey, check them out, figure out which you like best and which works for you best, and then get that Achievement!

Burning Throwing Stars --Throwing blades that set enemies on fire? YES PLEASE! Quantity Produced = 8. Requires x1 Blade / x1 Gauze / x1 Aerosol.

Conducting Liquid -- There's no need to explain that some liquids conduct electricity right? Put some water in a bottle, throw that bottle at an infected, attack with an electric weapon. Results? Galvanizing! Quantity Produced = 5 / Requires x1 Alcohol.

Exploding Throwing Stars -- Throwing blades that explode on contact? It's like your birthday came early! Quantity Produced = 8. Requires x1 Blade / x1 Gauze / x1 Chemicals.

Flammable Liquid -- Don't play with matches and alcohol they said. But why not I say! Throw a whiskey bottle at an infected and attack with a fire weapon. Pyromaniacs love it. So should you! Quantity Produced = 5 / Requires x1 Alcohol.
