When you reach the University looking for Jade you find that she is no longer there - but you do get to flag this Side-Quest so it all evens out. The bloke that gave you the news about Jade also tells you about this fella Rupert - the Gunsmith - who it seems can turn a pop-gun into a cannon.

The only problem is that Rupert has not been in his workshop lately - and Fidan would like to know why? That is where we come in...

When you reach the marker on the map for his flat the door is an entrance for an Instance Zone. Head inside and you will find yourself in a Nursery area with lots of toys and stuff - including a Pink Teddy Bear that you can interact with.

While visiting with Rupert be sure that you interact with this bear a LOT - at least until it gives you the Blueprint it's hiding!

Keep interacting with it until it blows up to punish you - at which point you will find the Stasis Field Projector Blueprint. Cool that!

Head outside and down the stairs, then into the flat and chat with Rupert. He tells you that he is waiting for his wife and cannot leave - he is taking care of the kids. This is not the ideal situation - he really wishes his wife was there...

The wife Jasmine has gone looking for Insulin for one of the kids - you offer to go look for some at the drugstore. That Flags the Side-Quest Health Potion.

Flagging this quest terminates the current one. So well done you!
