Obtained from the bulletin board in the fishing village, this side-quest has you finding binoculars for the fisherman.

This fisherman really needs a pair of binoculars - and chances are you have already picked them up (assuming you have been looting) so hand them over for a quick reward!
This fisherman really needs a pair of binoculars - and chances are you have already picked them up (assuming you have been looting) so hand them over for a quick reward!

Once you find the Binoculars you can head back to the village to complete this fetch quest - you get a small reward and the feeling of having helped out the village!
