Have the game replaced it must be a bad disc.

It's not a bad disc, I have the exact same problem.
I am wondering whether our pc's have a common bvirus, my hard drive was corrupted when I purchased it, and I'm now wondering if that's affecting the gam, and possibly your's too.
When the game plays, does this happen?
1. U play, it's alright.
2 about 10-20 minutes later, the game suddenly become VERY laggy, and freezes.
3. Nothing will work to close the game, the screen goes blank in about 10 seconds.
4. An error message appears and you shut down FO3.
5. You attempt to open FO3 and you get a BSOD(blue screen of death), or the PC just crashes and restarts.
If that's roughly what happened, please give a detailed explanation of what happens to you're pc, we mite b able 2 fix it.

I have that problem too I play 20 minutes max->screen freeze->black screen->BSOD->need to restart pc
