How do you disarm the bomb I seriously don't know please answer!!!!

I'm assuming that you mean the nuke in Megaton. You need to level your character up and dump your points into the explosives skill until it's up to at least 25. Then go up to the bomb and hit A and select the option to disarm the bomb, and go collect your reward from the sheriff, some bottle caps, and a house of your very own in Megaton!

You can also eat some mentats I think. Mentats gives you a skill up in intelligence or explosives or something and you can activate or disarm the bomb then.

You get a rank of 32 on explosions and then you can deactivate the nuke.
