Point Lookout Ending
In the end of the main plot in the Point Lookout expansion pack, you have the choice to kill the brain a.k.a Proffesor Colvert, or Desmond the ghoul. Well I killed the brain, then spoke to Desmond. At the end of the conversation, I recieved a "Reward Vault Key." Please tell me where to find that vault. I looked all over the lab, and in the lighthouse for it, but couldn't find it! So if you know where the vault is, please tell me.

Hmm, I personally have never sided with Desmond, so I cannot be sure.
Perhaps it is the Room where you find the Microwave Emitter?
This is located on the same level as Calvert,simply follow the wall.
Also, perhaps have a look at the supercheats guide for Fallout

The vault should be in the same room where you killed the Brain. If you don't find it, look at our Guide on our site.

It's in the room where the fight with the brain took place. Inside is the Microwave Emitter and several other goodies, plus a ladder that leads you to the surface of point lookout.
