How do I stop the attacks?
I am in megaton, and I 'accedently' shot someone, so I ran in a house and it AUTOSAVED, and I got attacked. I have been reapeting the same time when I die, and there is NO WAY TO ESCAPE.
I ALWAYS DIE WHEN I RESPAWN.
Help, please ;_;

Load up your saved game. If you don't have one then you'll just have to restart the game. Sorry.

I had that problem to. What I did was: I ran in and out of doors until I got outside. Then I ran far away until I could fast travel to a place with a bed and I slept for 32 hours then I went back and everything was fine again.

The guide book says go away for 3 days and come back and they'll let you back in.

If you don't care about Karma why don't you just steal some food or chems and heal yourself.
