Hey, when you get to ft constitine I heard that the tb power armor is in their, when I went to the door it says locked very hard. When I went to the co quarters their a bunker door that needs a key to open it. Where's the key to open that door and does it lead to the bomb storage? I killed crowly already and he said their's something in the fort that will make him rich wats that too?

Yes, the armor is in the base, but you need some keys to get in. They're from the quest, "You've gotta shoot 'em in the head!" but you can get them without the quest. Still, if you kill Crowly and don't have the locations, you have to hunt them down yourself. You need all three of their keys the get into the basement of the bomb storage, as well as the key off of the dead body of a female raider named Tara down in the basement. But, since you killed Crowly, here are where they are and how to get their keys: (NOTE: You don't have to kill Tenpenny, as he doesn't have a key, and he's important to get the Ghoul Mask in the quest, "Tenpenny Tower".)
(SECOND NOTE: If their other, non violent ways to get their keys don't show up when you talk to them because you're not on the quest, you'll have to kill or pickpocket them.)

Ted Strayer - He's normally farting around the common room in Rivet City. To get his key, you can shoot him, obviously, and take it off his body, but you'll get attacked by everyone in Rivet City. A better option is to talk to him and use a Strength Check, a Speech Check, or have the Toughness skill. He'll redily turn it over, or you can pickpocket him.

Dave - He's in the Republic of Dave, a small settlement on the north-east corner of the map. Go find him, and you have some options again. Once again, killing him or pickpocketing him is fine, or you can use a series of speech check sucesses to get his key. Also, you can do the unmarked quest, Election Day. Just go around asking people if they've voted, and while you're there, convince Bob and one of Dave's wife (I forget which) to run themselves. They're the only ones who will go against Dave. Once you've checked everyone, you'll get 25 caps from Dave. Follow him to the ballad box, and when he opens it, quickly open it yourself and steal all the votes except for Bob or Dave's wife. He'll be outraged that he lost and leave. Follow him, as he says he's off to liberate Old Olney. He'll quickly get killed by Deathclaws once there, and then you can loot his body for the key. (NOTE: Don't forget to visit Dave's office after getting the key. There's a Nuka-Cola Quantum on top of his safe, and in his safe is Ol' Painless, a great Hunting Rifle.)

Duskov - I'm not QUITE sure where this guy is, I know his place is called Duskov's Place, and it's on the north edge of the river, but that's it. Once you get there, kill him or pickpocket him. Also, if you have the Black Widow Perk, you can get it from him, if you pass a speech check, or if you buy it from him. Also, you can get Either of his girls to get it for you. Fantasia requires you to have the Lady Killer perk, and the other one wants you to take her to Rivet City once you're done. Whatever you do, you have all the Keys now.

Now, head to Fort Constine, but DO NOT go to Bomb Storage. First, make sure you have as many Laser and Plasma Weapons as possible. Pulse Grenades are great for dealing with a couple of Sentry bots as well. Now, head to the CO quarters. Head down the stairs and look in the open safe. You'll find some caps, the launch codes (For an Easter egg) and the Big Guns Bobblehead. Also, at the foot of the safe is a Steal Boy and a book. Continue on until you reach the bottom. Once you're there, check around. You'll find the body of Tara, so loot a Key off of her corpse. (If you have 100 lockpick or Science, you can open two of the doors into the room. One has tons of Ammo, and the other have tons of weapons). Now, there are two doors left in the room. One leads to a staircase going up. Ignore that for now, it will be the fastest way out. Open the other door and go forward to reach an odd room. It is also your goal, filled with machines and such. On your left will be some lockers with armor and stuff in them, and a table with a Fat Man, two mini nukes, and a D.C. Journal of Internal Medicine on it. Now, the main machine in the back of the room, access the terminal on it and choose disable status field. Now, take the T-51b Power Armor, arguably the best armor in the game.

A few quick notes, first, on your way out of the staircase I mentioned earlier, there will be a few more robots, including a few Sentry bots, so be ready. The doors you couldn't lockpick before are what you're lock in now, but Tara's Key should open it.
Also, the T-51b Power Armor CANNOT be repaired by any other armor in the game. Have a traveling Merchant repair it for you if you need to. (After the quest, "The Superhuman Gambit, Uncle Roe will allow you to invest in the travling merchants. At the very least, invest 700 caps to Crazy Wolfgang, as his Repair skill will become 75, and allow him to repair your armor to near perfect condition.
Lastly, make sure you're not carrying much when you go in, as you'll find many weapons inside, the Fat Man weighs a lot, and the Power Armor weighs 45 pounds.

I hope this helps.
