The following are the Witcher Contracts for the Skellige Isles Region - here for your reference should you want to look ahead and or review the requirements...
To make this guide easier to use we break each of the Acts up into their logical components, with the contracts divided as makes sense for that purpose. The following are the contracts for the main story that take place during the period in which you are based in Skellige Isles...
Kill the beast
Flagged at the Fyersdal Notice Board -- Suggested Level: 28
Geralt caught word that the villagers of Fyersdale had caught sight of a dragon. Though the Witcher codex barred him from killing these noble and intelligent creatures, he decided to investigate the matter all the same.
Starting off in the village and negotiate your fee with the Contract Giver - then see what he knows before taking a look at the bodies of the victims of the dragon. Once you kill it collect your reward and thank the sheep and hey, Contact Complete!
Objectives
Kill the monsters
Flagged automatically when you enter the Siren Cave -- Suggested Level: 19
During his time on the isle of Spikeroog, Geralt came across a cave in which he found some unusual tracks. Suspecting a monster, he decided to look into the matter..
When you emerge outside the other end of the cave the Melusine attacks - and we kill it, taking the trophy. We sort did this one bass-ackwards as we flagged it by entering the cave rather than the right way which was via the Notice Board... If you flagged it correctly then you will get the collect your reward prompt in the right place. Still, it all works out okay!
After Collecting the notice from the board the quest updates, telling us to claim our reward. Once we do that the quest is completed.
Objectives
Find the missing miners
Flagged at the Notice Board in Blandare -- Suggested Level: 27
Young men from the village of Blandare had ventured into the nearby mountains in search of silver. It seemed their expedition had taken an unfortunate turn, however - and the Witcher was tasked with uncovering their fate.
After you talk to the elder, head to the camp to look around... Following bloody tracks you find the body in a cave with a rock troll... You are supposed to talk to it in order to determine what to do but as it attacks you, well... You have to defend yourself! Or do you? If you dodge enough you start talking to the troll.
It seems that the miners invaded the troll's territory and, rather than leave when asked, attacked the troll... Since the troll was just defending itself I let it live. YMMV....
Well, he was not very impressed but he did pay up... And the quest endeth.
Objectives
Find the mission son.
Flagged by a man with a “!” in Rannvaig -- Suggested Level: 29
As Geralt passed through the village of Rannvaig, a man by the name of Odhen stopped him and asked for help in finding his missing son. The Witcher, hearing honest fatherly despair in the man's voice and, no less importantly, feeling the lightness of his own purse, decided to look into the matter.
This may seem like a real tough fight due to it being able to hypnotize you - but seriously you can easily kill it with just four Superior Dancing Star Bombs. Really! Just be sure that the burning effect is done before you throw the next one.
Grab the trophy and collect your reward to complete the quest!
Objectives
Kill the monsters
Flagged in Kaer Trolde Harbor at the fisherman with the “!” -- Suggested Level: 18
Also Flagged at the Notice Board in the Harbor
The sea is a source of endless riches for the inhabitants of Skellige. It offers up a near-endless bounty of fish, pearls, and amber. At times, however, the archipelago’s icy waters also spew out monsters whom even the fierce warriors of the island’s cannot slay.
The village at the foot of Kaer Trolde, for example, found itself plagued by some particularly aggressive drowners. The local shipbuilder promised Geralt a reward if he could solve this problem for them. Geralt, for whom killing drowners was as simple and effortless as relieving his bladder, was certain he was in for some easy coin.
After you talk to the witnesses you head to the attack site to look around. After a very long very wet search you discover the drowners and kill a few then you figure out what the monster actually IS here. That requires you to make a special potion to cover your scent so you can lay a trap for the monster.
Once you kill it, take the trophy, head back and collect your reward. That completes the quest.
Objectives
Kill the ghost
Flagged at the Notice Board in Arinbjorn -- Suggested Level: 17
Geralt learned that the village called Arinbjorn was suffering from a wraith problem. The ghost haunted the nearby islet of Eldberg, a barren rock of no interst to anyone save for the lighthouse erected upon it. This lighthouse's light had gone out simultaneously with the phantom's appearance.
This meant it had become nigh unto impossible to safely navigate a ship into Arinbjorn harbor after dark. The Witcher's task was to chase off the phantom and find out what had happened to the lighthouse keeper.
When you arrive you find the keeper in his hut scared. You talk to him to learn about the wraiths. You get the details from him about the haunting - and then he gives you the key to the lighthouse.
In the lighthouse you will find a letter that reveals that in addition to being keeper Mik is also a Breaker - a man who lures ships onto hard shores to wreck and loot them! You need to chat him up again!
You explain to him what needs doing - but he is a coward! You order him to come anyway! That triggers a CS and the wraith comes out of the mist.
Once the light is lit you can actually kill the wraith - then take a trophy and collect your reward to complete the contract!
As you wrap this contract up it flags the quest Stranger in a Strange Land....
Objectives
Kill the beast
Flagged at the Fyresdale Notice Board -- Suggested Level: 29
During his time in the village of Fyresdale Geralt learned of a contract on a monster said to have attacked a merchant and his cart. The merchant in question was very insistent that a Witcher investigate this matter and kill the beast.
After you meet with the merchant who is seeking your services you agree to help - but something is not right with that bloke...
After the boulder falls and you get trapped in the cave you take out the monsters and then find a clue that clears everything up! Yes indeed - a setup! Time to settle this one!
So a troll, a godling, and a doppler. Oh and a werewolf.
You end up having to kill the werewolf. Sigh.
Objectives
Kill the monster
Flagged on the Notice Board at Larvik -- Suggested Level: 16
Skellige warriors are the hearty, adventure-loving sort, so surely they handle their own monster problems? No, not as it turns out. Geralt found a notice on a village called Larvik requesting assistance with clearing the area of some troublesome beasts.
When you talk to the village elder he tells you what he knows -- but it will probably be better to talk to the witnesses firsthand.
From what they say this beast sounds very smart and calculating... You should examine the site of the ambush for any clues you can find. You follow the tracks you find into the poison-filled cave - WATCH YOUR HEALTH here!
When you get past the main area with the poison mist you will find the main nest - you then need to clear it to get at the pack leader!
Once you kill the pack and its leader, take a trophy then return for your reward. That completes the quest.
