SQ001: If It Tastes like Blueberries, It Must Be Good for You

Rewards

• Compounding the Issue (unlocks the Compounding specialty)
• Blueberry Potion

Pre-requisites

None

How to complete:

Deliver x5 Blueberries to Welch.

You can buy these from the berry shop in the market area, from chests, or dropped by enemies. Either way, these are very easy to acquire so chances are, you can complete this quest on the spot.

SQ002: Drunk on Creation

Rewards

• Just Enough Cooks (unlocks the Cooking specialty)
• Fishing: An Alluring Pastime the (unlocks Fishing specialty)
• Lemon Juice

How to complete:

Deliver a lemon and a bottle of spring water to Welch

There are lemons from the chest near the Myiddok inn. Alternatively, you can buy lemons and spring water from a shop in the town's market place.

SQ003: Brute Strength of Blacksmithing

Rewards

• Smithing the Night Away (unlocks the Smithery specialty)
• Dig Deep Within (unlocks the Excavation specialty)

Complete "Drunk on Creation"

How to complete:

You have to deliver x5 Wooden Sticks and x3 Iron to Welch. You can get three irons (enough for the quest) from the chest in the Passage of the Cliffs, mine them from excavation points, or get them from enemies. (The Lizard Men in the Resulian Plains seem to drop them fairly decently) The Wooden Sticks can be bought from the Materials stall in the Myiddok marketplace.

SQ004: The End of Welch’s Laboratory!?

Rewards

• We All Scream For Alchemy (unlocks the Alchemy specialty)
• Alchemist’s Water x 3

Pre-requisites

Complete "Brute Strength of Blacksmithing", story progress is at least at Chapter 3.

How to complete:

Obtain Two-Headed Corrupt's Ashes x1 and Discarded Silver Spoon x1. Both items are dropped by named enemies in Dakaav Footpath.

Discarded Silver Spoon Location:

In Dakaav Footpath, you have to look for the named golem called Tinat of the Dawning Light. It's located in the small cliff connected by two hanging bridges to the NE portion of the map.

Two-Headed Corrupt Location:

In Dakaav Footpath, go to the same location where you fought the Eitalon boss in the earlier chapter. You'll have to defeat the named lizardman called Uen of the Midnight Wail.

SQ005: Grand Designs

Rewards

• Crafty Crafting Techniques (unlocks the Crafting specialty)
• Mind Bracelet
• Ornamentation Specialty

Pre-requisites

Complete "The End of Welch’s Laboratory!?", story progress is at least at Chapter 4.

How to complete:

You need to deliver the following: x2 Silver, x1 Ruby, and x2 Silk

• You can mine Silver from excavation points in the West of the Eastern Eihieds but that will require a higher Excavation specialty level. Alternatively, you can create your own via Alchemy. A piece of silver requires x3 Mercury and x2 Holy Water. You can get Holy Water from fishing points while Mercury can be bought from a Materials merchant in Santeroule.
• Ruby can also be mined from excavation points in the West of the Eastern Eihieds but the harpy enemies in the area seem to drop them fairly decently.
• Finally, silk can be obtained from a materials merchant back in Myiddok.
