Team Galactic Cyrus

Walkthrough: By taking the left set of stairs, you will having to make it through various rooms with moving tile puzzles. These tiles will move you in the direction they are pointing, requiring you to find the right path to the next warp pad. At the end of these puzzles will be another room, this one with the Leader of Team Galactic, Cyrus, waiting inside.

When Cyrus first lays his eyes upon you, he will ask if this is the new world he sought to create. However, after talking with you, he will realize that it isn't so. After realizing this, he will decide that he will need to bring his new world back, challenging your player after he does.

Team Galactic Cyrus - Level 65 Houndoom, Level 65 Honchkrow, Level 65 Crobat, Level 65 Weavile, Level 67 Dialga

After defeating him, Cyrus will promise you that he will return to his universe without harming this one. He will then let you have the Galactic Key, the same that will open the mirrored door in Lusamine's Room.
