Rotom Pokedex Updates

Also leaked in the October 2017 issue of CoroCoro Magezine (and later confirmed in a Reveal Trailer) was details of the new updates coming to the Rotom Pokedex in Pokemon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon. The biggest new feature coming is said to be called Z Rotom Power, where a player will be able to use more than one Z-Move in battle if they have good compatibility and friendship with the Rotom Pokedex.

The Rotom Pokedex will also help a player get items and powers using a new feature called Roto Loto, which helps player access items with varying Rotom Power. Examples of a Rotom Powered Items including hatching eggs faster and gaining more experience from battles. It was also told that the Rotom Pokedex will become more like its owner over time, becoming all the more interactive with players along their next journey through The Alola Region.
