Pokemon Trainer Giovanni

Details: One of the fourteen Special Trainers you will encounter at The Battle Tree after completing certain winning streaks or as a partner in Multi Battle Mode is Giovanni. He's the leader of Team Rocket and Team Rainbow Rocket, as well as the former Gym Leader of Viridian City back in the Kanto Region. He will use all Kanto Pokemon when in battle.
