Added:

Poke Beans are a new source of food with added effects for Pokemon, and they are used in a variety of ways and factors. Poke Beans can mainly be obtained through Poke Pelago on Isle Abeens, but you can also obtain them from Bouncy Houses in Festival Plaza and from Cafes in Pokemon Centers. There are three types of Poke Beans: Regular Beans, Patterned Beans, and Rainbow Beans. Patterned and Rainbow Beans are rarer than the standard Poke Beans.

In Pokemon Refresh, Poke Beans can be used as food to be given to your Pokemon when they are hungry. Each bean will increase their Fullness Meter, but they will also add to the Pokemon's Affection towards you. Regular Beans adds 3 Affection Points to your Pokemon, while Patterned Beans adds 5 of such. Rainbow Beans increases massively to a Pokemon's Affection; if you feed your Pokemon three Rainbow Beans, their Affection Meter will be maxed-out.

In Poke Pelago, Poke Beans can be put into crates on the given islands to make certain things occur. On Isle Abeens, Wild Pokemon are more likely yo appear because of Poke Beans; on Isle Aplenny, Berries will grow quicker; on Isle Aphun, it halves the time to do each activity; one Isle Evelup, it also halves the time needed; and on Isle Avue, it increase the happiness gained. Regular Beans last for 20 minutes each, Patterned Beans for an hour, and Rainbow Beans for two hours.
