Where is Mauville Hills?
Use the elevator in mauville city to go to 2F, there are a lot of apartments .the man in the suit willenter one enter one of them but you will have to complete. A mission from the mauville gym leader first, then the man in the suit will go out and give you the loppunite.
mega lucario is fun but hard to get if you are lazy garchomp....... he is just impossible. 1000 flags! really?
I already have allmegas not to hard to find and it was kinda obvious about latias/latios mega stones a lot of them showed after the delta episode for a reason. Also anyone got both mega latias and latios? Without power saves? If you find my base its at seceret meadow names Caleb.
