For Xbox 360 and PS3:
Complete the game once on any difficulty level to unlock the following cheats on subsequent playthroughs: Pumpkin Heads, Give All Weapons, Give All Veil Upgrades, and Give $1000.
You can only enable cheats when starting a new game. Note that enabling cheats when starting a new game will prevent you from unlocking achievements or trophies using that save file. Save files with cheats enabled will be marked with an asterisk in the load menu.
To activate cheats while playing a save file that has cheats enabled, pause the game, enter the Gameplay section, and move down to the Cheats menu. Then, press the A/X button over each cheat you wish to activate.

the cheats (all weapons/all powers) are fun early in the game, but by the time you finish the radio station mission they're pointless because you'd have all of them anyway.
