REQUIREMENTS: Get all 16 Badges.
ABILITIES NEEDED: Surf, Whirlpool & Rock Climb
LEVEL: 50
Head to Mt. Silver and immediately Surf to the left and then up the Waterfall. Then Rock Climb down and go up the next Waterfall and Moltres is in the next room. One of the easiest to get to. Well not as easy as Zapdos.

I have all legendary Pokemon even Arceus
My friend and I where playing together and his bulbasaur he recived was shiny and then I went to get Moltres and it was SHINY! I tryed lowering its HP ad I got a critical hit on it and it fainted then I screamed a wierd no!
Moltres is SUPER!!!!!!!!! hard to catch
Ummm.. you don't need whirlpool, you need waterfall but i have them both.
