ABILITIES NEEDED: Surf, Waterfall, Rock Climb & Strength
LEVEL: 40
Cinnabar Island and take Route 20 to Seafoam Islands. Enter the Seafoam Islands and go left instead of up the ladder to the Gym. Then surf left and up the Waterfall. Continue left surfing and waterfalling until you get to the final room and then Rock Climb down to Articuno.

u cant surf left i went but nothing there to surf
how do u get more then one masterball without action replay?
And where do u get the free masterball on the game itself?

i cant catch articuno(:(
use the pokeflute radio chanel its right on the top midle and then talk to snorlax its at lvl 50 and has giga impact so watch out he wont apear again so make sure you catch him (took me a few ultra balls)you can get the expn card after fixing the power plant and go to the radio tower at lavander town talk to everybody and 1 of em gives the card to you (the radio upgrade) if you give snorlax a full incense and leave it at the day care with a ditto it wil produce a muchlax egg and the SNORLAX MUST BE HOLDING A FULL INCENSE OTHERWISE IT WILL BE A LVL 1 SNORLAX INTSED OF MUNCHLAX
