REQUIREMENTS: Surf and that the Day is Friday.
ABILITIES NEEDED: Surf
LEVEL: 20
The system's day has to be on Friday. Once it's Friday head to Union Cave just outside of Azalea Town. Head to the bottom left and then surf to the far bottom left. Head down and fight the Trainer and then Surf out to Lapras. Lapras is only level 20 is it's not that hard a capture.

Hey lapras is not a legendary because a. You can catch one every Friday, and b. You can breed them ad c. Look it up dude! It's nt a legendary even though I love it! And yes lapras in my favorite pokemon!
I tried to find it but i couildent find it.

dosent misty also have a lapras there for lapras is not a leagendary!
Just because there's only one way to get it in a game (besides breeding it once you get it (if it's not a legendary, of course)) doesn't make it a legendary. That would make a LOT of Pokemon (Like Sudowoodo in Emerald and Drifloon in Diamond/Pearl) legendaries, and they're not.
btw i caught lapras my first time with a heavy ball.
