Photo Reunions Event 2013

Photo Reunions / Photo Reunion Camera Event (Level 10 or Higher)

This event begins with the player being prompted to place the Photo Reunion Camera Structure, which is a completion quest that requires the following resources:

(1) Flash Bulbs x10 (Post a Wall Request for Resource)

(2) Tripods x10 (Ask Specific Mates)

(3) Camera Lenses x10 (Ask Specific Mates)

Once you have collected all of the required resources, you will need help from your Neighbors to finish the job. The Camera requires FOUR Builders; select your friends from the pop-up window at this stage to ask them to send some crew to assist in the build completion.

Once they have accepted you will see the spots in the Building Menu begin to fill. If you do not wish to wait for your friends, you can click the “Hire One” button to purchase crew members with Farm Bucks. Once you have successfully filled all four spots, click on the “Finish Building” button.

Photo Reunions

The Photo Backdrop Curtain can be earned after a total of five stages. In order to earn it, you will need to host five Photo Reunions with Friends. To prepare for a Photo Reunion, click on your Camera.

This feature gives you a great opportunity to take a first-person view photograph of your Farm if you are Level 10 or higher.

This is a time-limited event so once the Camera is placed on your Farm, you have 20 days to finish the Quests and take your photos with Friends.

You can have up to three Photo Reunion Cameras on your farm (including frames). If you delete the first Photo Reunion Camera, you will only be able to have a total of two. The second and third Cameras can be deleted or stored in your Inventory.

You can place the camera on crops to take some very interesting photos.

You can also buy up to five additional Super Photo Reunion Cameras, which offer twice the rewards and come fully built (no need for Parts and Crew). These premium cameras are available for Farm Bucks in the General Store.

No Photo Reunion is complete without all the fixings, so once you have completed the basic structure it is time to start creating delicious snacks, goods, and Supplies for your Photo Reunions.

From the Quest menu, click on the “Craft” button for the recipe you wish to Craft and you will be sent to your Kitchen and/or Workshop.

Stage One: Have 2 Wooden Photo Frames / Have 6 Apple Scones / Have 2 Adult Rabbits.*

Stage Two: Have 2 Metal Photo Frames / Have 7 Orange Cupcakes / Have 2 Adult Goats.*

Stage Three: Have 3 Wooden Photo Frames / Have 8 Pumpkin Pies / Have 4 Adult Pigs.*

Stage Four: Have 4 Metal Photo Frames / Have 10 Cornbread / Have 4 Adult Horses.*

Stage Five: Have 5 Decorative Photo Frames / Have 12 Blueberry Tarts / Have 4 Adult Cows.*

* These must be Adult Animals and NOT Prized Adult Animals.

The Camera requires four guests to be present before your Photo Reunion (Group Photo) can begin, so click on the “Ask Friends” button to send some requests to your Friends. When they accept, you will see the spots in the Guest Menu begin to fill.

If you do not wish to wait for your friends, click the “Hire One” button to purchase guests with Farm Bucks. Once you have successfully filled all four spots, click on the “Take Photo Now” button to begin the festivities.

Once your Photo Reunion is complete, your guests will run off and you will see get a pop-up in which you can click inside of its text box to add a personal photo message for Friends to read (100 characters with spaces maximum).

You can then click on the “Share Photo” button to post a full-size photo to your Facebook page and feed icon to your wall that your Friends can click to collect rewards as well.

Rewards Associated with the Photo Reunion Events

You will earn rewards each time you host a Photo Reunion, and the more Photo Reunions you host, the more rewards you will receive at the end of each Reunion.

Successfully completing a Photo Reunion event can result in receiving any of the following reward Items:

Crafting Resources: Flasks, Sugar, Strawberries, a complete set of Gourmet Yogurts.

Farming Resources: Fertilizer Units, Power Units, Water Units, and Speed Grow Units.

For each 5th Photo Reunion you hold in addition to the regular rewards you will also receive one of the Photo Reunion Special Backdrops.

Once you have finished hosting all of your Photo Reunions, the Cameras are yours to keep as decorations!
