UPlay is a free value-added social network for games published by Ubisoft. Gamers earn UPlay Points by completing certain tasks or Achievements in Ubisoft games, which they can then exchange for special items or rewards.
The Uplay Actions for Far Cry 4:
Community Surprise - Earn 20 Units
Play a Community Map and explore the creations of other players (Map Browser only).
Crab Rangoon - Earn 40 Units
Can't we just sit down and have dinner like a family for once? (Campaign only).
Deliver us from Evil - Earn 30 Units
Clear out half of the Royal Army's Outposts and claim them for the Golden Path (Campaign only).
End Transmission - Earn 30 Units
Silence the propaganda in 8 Bell Towers and unlock the airwaves (Campaign only).
Tuskers - Earn 20 Units
Harness the elephant's brute strength and unleash it on 30 enemies (Campaign only).
Welcome to Kyrat - Earn 10 Units
Join the Golden Path and begin the journey to Lakshmana (Campaign only).

Joining UPlay
To join UPlay simply head over to the Official UPlay Website and select the Sign In button on the top right corner. For players who have an account they can simply log in - for new membership the log in page contains the link to the form you need to fill out in order to become a member.
Creating an account does not require any special efforts - you don't need a credit card - the entire program is free-to-play and free-to-join.

If I buy the pvp weapons bundle. Do I get the guns straight away or do I have to unlock them in the story?

Where do I access the PvP weapons bundle after unlocking?
That is rather odd. Cool if it is able to be duplicated, but odd.
I forgot to mention, it seems that the Fast Learner reward changes from 40 Units to 0 Units after completing the story in the campaign. That, or it messed up for me and it didn't charge anything.
