This is a small, abandoned town turned into a trapper territory. There’s a garage outside the wooden walls that has a power armor station and armor workbench. Inside the trapper base, there’s a cooking station as well.
The boat on the SW shore of the town has two green chests; one is unlocked and can be looted immediately, while the other is called Victoria’s Trunk which requires a key to open. This boat is where you can recover the storage drives from the Acadian quest “Data Recovery”.
There’s another green chest in the second floor bedroom of the house in the eastern edge of the location.
The Red Rocket station due east of the town, you’ll find an Advanced Safe and medkit inside.
