Cranberry Island Supply Shed

This wooden shed requires a key to open. You have to activate all three generators in the Bog area then open the iron door. Kill the Gibbons family ghouls inside then get the key from the footlocker there. The shed contains a red industrial trunk and a good stockpile of uncommon components/ materials.

There's also a steamer trunk in the shore of the small island south of the shed.
