Talk to Captain Avery in Far Harbor to start this quest. Follow the map marker and head to Beaver Creek Lanes. Locate Howard’s body and get the Fog Condenser Components from his body.

You have to place the components on the fog condensers marked in the map to repair them. After repairing all three condensers, return to Captain Avery to complete the quest. She’ll give you 200 caps but you can ask for more money by passing a speech check.
